Services / LinkedIn Ads
LinkedIn Ads let you reach buyers by job title, seniority, industry, company size or a named list of companies. Clicks usually cost more than on Facebook or Google, so LinkedIn pays off only when one client is worth a lot: commercial contracts, professional services, B2B supply. We set up Campaign Manager, Lead Gen Forms and the CRM handover so those expensive leads are worked properly.

What we can help with
Because each click is expensive, the work concentrates on narrowing who sees the ads and on what happens after someone responds.
LinkedIn Ads in practice
LinkedIn knows things other platforms guess at: where someone works, their title and seniority, and their employer’s size and industry. A commercial cleaning business can target facility and property managers at larger companies in Sydney. An engineering consultancy can upload a list of developers and head contractors and reach their project directors. The catch is cost. Clicks are noticeably dearer than on other social platforms, and audiences shrink quickly as filters are added, so the offer has to be worth a senior person’s attention.
LinkedIn reaches buyers before they search, and B2B SEO catches them when they do. For a sector example, see commercial cleaning marketing.
Planning and implementation
Lead Gen Forms open inside LinkedIn and fill in the person’s name, work email, company and title from their profile, which makes them easy to complete on a phone. That convenience also brings contacts who were only curious, so the offer matters. A site-specific capability statement, a compliance checklist for facility managers or a short operational review is better bait than a generic brochure. Every lead syncs to the CRM with its campaign attached, and someone senior follows up within a business day. Lower-commitment content builds a retargeting pool for direct meeting offers later.
Spend is planned with performance marketing across channels, and messaging is developed through creative strategy for each buying role.
How we work
01
We list the industries, company sizes and job titles that sign your contracts, and build target-company lists from your CRM or tender history.
02
Ad copy and a guide or meeting offer are written around that role’s problems, with a Lead Gen Form asking only what sales needs to qualify.
03
Leads are matched to CRM stages so meetings, proposals and wins can be reported by campaign, not just form completions.
Measurement and review
Cost per lead on LinkedIn will look high next to other channels. The comparison that matters is cost per qualified meeting and the value of the contracts that follow. B2B sales cycles can run for months, so we report leads, accepted opportunities and won work separately and review the programme over a quarter rather than a week.
We also check which job titles and companies actually responded, because the targeting you set and the people LinkedIn delivers can drift apart.
Good questions
For businesses that sell to other businesses.
Rarely. Homeowners aren't on LinkedIn in a buying frame of mind, and its costs only make sense when the work is commercial or ongoing. A plumber chasing strata maintenance contracts or a builder targeting developers might justify a test. For residential jobs, Google Search, local SEO and Facebook will usually produce leads for much less.
The audience is narrow and professional, the targeting data is unusually precise, and B2B advertisers with large contract values compete for the same people. You're paying for access to decision-makers who are hard to reach elsewhere. That only works if one contract covers months of spend, which is why we check your typical deal value before recommending LinkedIn at all.
Lead Gen Forms usually collect more leads because the details are prefilled. A website landing page asks more of the visitor and filters harder. For a first campaign we often use the form with one or two qualifying questions, then compare lead quality in the CRM. If the sales team spends too long on poor contacts, we switch to a landing page.
More than most service businesses expect, because each click costs more and audiences are small. Plan for a test long enough to produce a meaningful number of sales conversations, not just impressions. Our budget guide explains how we set a trial budget against your average contract value.
We look at who your best clients are, whether your website and offers suit a senior buyer, how leads would reach sales, and whether LinkedIn or another channel is the better first step. You get a prioritised checklist. See what the free marketing audit includes.
