GUEST POST GUIDELINES

  • We only allow family-friendly content that is related to topics we already cover. We do not allow posts or links for adult-only topics, or other similar topics.
  • Your article must be 100% unique to our site. This means you agree that your article is not already on any other site, nor will it be put on any other site in the future (we will check).
  • We will run your article through Copyscape and other similar programs.
  • We also only allow ONE (1) client link per article.  
  • All links must go to a high-quality, secure site. The client link also MUST have a decent DA score (we know this is not an accepted metric but it is a start), we will check this.
  • All articles must be extremely well-written with correct English grammar and spelling. They must also make sense (in both the grammatical manner and in terms of establishing expertise in the industry).
  • All articles must have a minimum word count of at least 800 words.
  • Articles must also be correctly optimised for SEO purposes, meaning the proper use of Headings (H1, H2, H3, H4, H5, H6), an obvious keyword, at least 1 link to an authority website (>75DA), and preferably, an internal link going to a related article already on this site. In addition, the keyword cannot be the anchor text.
  • If we are sent an article that is poorly written, makes no sense, or is full of grammatical and/or spelling errors, we will either refuse to post it, or we will charge for the time we spend re-writing and/or correcting the article.
  • Please do not ask us if your link/post will be there for life, NO, it will not be, simply because we cannot see what the future holds. We can, however, say that it will remain live for at least one year.
  • We reserve the right to remove links or the entire article if we find that it is harming our site in ranking, trust, or SERPS. 

RATES

  • Our rate for a guest post written by you is FREE.
  • If you simply want to add a few sentences or a paragraph to a preexisting article, along with a resource link to your content, we are happy to review it and IF it makes sense for us add the content.
  • Once the post is live on the site, we will send you the link.

PAYMENTS AND INVOICING

  • Payments are accepted via our payment gateway, PayPal, wire transfer.
  • Payment must be made prior to the post going live.
  • If payment is not received within that time, we will remove the post or resource link until payment is received. In addition, we reserve the right to contact the client as a show of goodwill and let them know that their post/link was removed due to non-payment.
  • Due to the nature of this work (digital), there will be no refunds. If you have any issues, please email us, and we will try my best to help you.  
  • For invoicing, we need the FULL information sent to us prior to writing the content.

If we agree to work together, you are acknowledging that you have read all of these terms and conditions and you are agreeing to abide by them.
