Here’s how to fill your calendar without renting attention.

Before chasing new enquiries, plug the leak in the ones you have. Tradies routinely lose jobs not on price but on responsiveness: the quote that goes out same-day, professionally presented, beats the one that lands three days later. Reply fast, turn up when you say you will, and send a tidy written quote. Improving your quote-to-job conversion is the cheapest “more jobs” strategy there is — it costs nothing and every extra win is pure margin.

Turn every job into the next one

Your past customers are your warmest source of work, yet most tradies never contact them again. A simple follow-up — a text a few months later, a reminder when a service is due, a quick “here if you need anything” — keeps you front of mind.
